Week 3: Review, Support & Staying on Track 🔄

We review your performance and match you with the right kind of support - depending on where you’re at.

By now, your team has had time to settle into a rhythm. You’ve seen a few busy services, tackled real customer orders, and hopefully started building some confidence.

But these middle weeks are also when patterns start to form — good or bad. That’s why the Sessions team does a behind-the-scenes performance review from the first 2 complete weeks for every partner.

📊 What We’re Looking At:

  • ⭐ Your average rating (across all brands)

  • ⏱ Your rider wait times and prep times

  • ❌ Any missed items, rejected orders, or platform flags

  • 🛍 How your food is being received based on real customer feedback

🛠 What Might Happen Based on That:

Depending on your performance so far, one of a few things might happen:

  • You might be invited to a Virtual Cook-Off (VCO) — a hands-on session with a trainer to realign your food with brand and platform expectations. 2 weeks after this you will need to submit 2 photo's of specific menu items for trainer review.

  • You might have a Support-Focused Follow-Up, especially if certain metrics (like wait time or accuracy) need a quick fix

  • If your kitchen is performing well, you might get a Check-In Call focused on growth, optimisation, and scaling your momentum

  • In some cases, you’ll simply receive targeted content to help fine-tune what’s already working.

🎯 Why This Matters:

We don’t wait until something goes wrong. We act early — when we see the signs — so your team can reset or double down at the right time. You’ll hear from us directly if a follow-up is needed, and you’ll always know what the next step is.

Weeks 3–4 are all about course correction or compounding. Let’s make sure you’re in the best position for long-term success.
