Sessions Product Tiers

This article will explain Sessions’ product tiering system.

Tier 1 Products are what define the Sessions brands - these are non-negotiables that we have to see being ordered through Bidfood and the Sessions store. It is vital that you always use these products due to allergen risks, and they should never be substituted. They need to be in stock at all times and are required in order to be eligible for Sessions Score cashback.

You can find precise tables showing all the Tier 1 products required for each brand (with links to the products) in the “Our Brands” section of the Help Centre.

Branded bags, stickers, and greaseproof (where applicable) must be kept in stock at all times and used for every Sessions order. This dramatically improves the customer experience and ensures consistent representation for our brand partners.

Tier 2 products are crucial to maintain the high quality of the brand; however, these may be purchased through other suppliers than Bidfood if they can be found at a better price. If you do purchase elsewhere make sure you are buying the exact same brand to protect brand standards and due to allergen risks.

Tier 3 products are universal and can be purchased anywhere. The same type of essential product needs to be purchased, not a random variation.
