Rudi's Stack Early 2026 Menu Updates Summary

Please review the latest operational updates, menu changes, and recipe tweaks across the brands in the Rudi's stack. Ensure your kitchen teams are briefed on the new builds and preparation methods below.

🍔 Rudi's/WingDrop Updates

Boneless Bites Removed (Effective 02/03/26)

Following their removal from WingDrop in January, Boneless Bites have officially been removed from the Rudi's menu as of 2nd March 2026. The gap between these two removals was intentional to give you time to run down your existing stock. We are currently developing this product further and hope to bring it back later this year.

Sharer Box: New Build (Effective 04/03/26)

With Boneless Bites off the menu, the Chicken Sharer Box has been updated. As of Wednesday, 4th March 2026, the new Sharer Box consists of:

  • 4x Chicken Tenders

  • 3x Mac'N'Cheese Croquettes

Operational Notes: * Tickets have automatically updated to reflect this change.

  • Packaging remains exactly the same (large snack box).

  • The price has slightly increased for cusomters.

  • Action Required: Please review the updated build sheet and full recipe in the Rudi's Playbook on the Help Centre as soon as possible.

Rudi’s House Sauce Replacement

As a quick reminder, to help streamline your operations we have replaced the Rudi’s house sauce with the pre-made Sessions House Sauce.

🍨 Hawkins Diner Updates

Banana Pudding: Extended Shelf Life & New Prep We have successfully extended the shelf life of the Banana Pudding from 2 days to 7 days! To maintain quality, you must hold the fresh banana slices back until an order comes in.

New Preparation Process:

  1. Prepare the custard mix and sponge fingers in advance. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

  2. When an order arrives: Slice 5 pieces of banana and place them at the bottom of the 8oz pot.

  3. Top the bananas with the pre-prepped custard mix, followed by the whipped cream and Lotus Biscoff toppings.
