✅ On Delivery
When your delivery arrives:
Check each product carefully for damage or errors
Reject incorrect or damaged items while the driver is still present
If any products are missing, damaged or defected:
Contact your local Bidfood depot within 24 hours to arrange redelivery
You can find your local depot by entering your postcode here
⏱️ Important: Bidfood will not respond to missing product reports submitted more than 24 hours after delivery

The table below provides guidance on the quality standards that we expect from our Sessions Tier 1 items. If you receive any items that are in the 'Not Acceptable' category, please fill out this form here - this form can be used for general supply chain feedback, and also refund requests. If your refund request is successful, your Bidfood account will be credited. Please note this can take up to three weeks.
