Order Value
This is the total value of all Sessions orders placed that week.
Refunds
If any refunds were processed by the delivery platforms, they will be shown here. We automatically contest all refund requests on your behalf.
Sessions Commission
Sessions takes a flat commission, much of which covers platform fees paid to Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
VAT on Sessions Commission
This is charged at 20% and is legally required. If you’re VAT registered and eligible, this is reclaimable through your regular VAT returns.
Onboarding Fee
A one-off onboarding fee is deducted in instalments over your first five weeks with Sessions.
Your Payout
This is the net amount you’ll receive. It’s paid out automatically the Wednesday after your invoice is sent. You can find your full payout history and upcoming payments in the Payouts section of your Sessions dashboard.
