Music & Atmosphere: Using Soundtrack Your Brand
To keep the vibe consistent across all SoBe locations, we use Soundtrack Your Brand as our approved in-store music service.
This is a paid, fully licensed platform that ensures all music played in-store is legal and copyright-compliant. Playing music from personal accounts like Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube is not permitted, as it violates commercial licensing laws.
All SoBe playlists are pre-selected and curated to match our brand energy — all you need to do is press play each day. This helps us maintain the same SoBe atmosphere in every restaurant, no matter where you are.
The cost of this service is covered by Sessions, and using Soundtrack is a mandatory brand requirement for all franchise partners.
HOW TO SET UP SOUNDTRACK
Getting your in-store music up and running is quick and easy. Follow these steps to set up your SoBe soundtrack:
Download the App
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and search “Soundtrack”
Download and install the app on your device.
Download Sound Track app here: DOWNLOAD
Log In with Your Access Code
Open the app and select “Sign in with access code.”
Enter the code provided by Sessions to link your account. (reach out to support if you need help)
Connect to Your Speakers
Make sure your device is connected to your restaurant’s sound system or speakers (via AUX, Bluetooth, or your existing setup).
Select the Approved Playlist
Choose the SoBe Approved Playlist from your Soundtrack library.
Press Play & You’re Good to Go
Once connected, simply press play each day to start the SoBe soundtrack.
Music will automatically continue throughout the day — no need to adjust or skip tracks.
