Virtual Cook-Offs are short, live sessions with one of our training team, designed to replicate the most valuable part of in-person support - without the disruption.
During a cook-off, we’ll work through key menu items together in real time, checking portioning, presentation, flow, and setup. It’s not an assessment - it’s a collaborative checkpoint to make sure standards haven’t drifted and that your team is set up for success.
They’re especially valuable in the weeks after launch, when small tweaks can have a big impact on ratings, speed, and consistency. Think of it as a focused reset: a chance to ask questions, spot issues early, and align on what “great” looks like before problems show up in performance.
