Avoiding Incorrect Items

Incorrect items are included in your “missing items” metric shown on your weekly report.

They could be a result of sending the wrong item to the customer, or missing out on a menu item’s specific ingredient. They can contribute significantly to low app ratings.

Please ensure your build sheets are up to date and on display so staff can easily see the correct builds of each menu item. 


Tick each item off each order once they are on the packing station. Make sure that you are labelling boxes and enforcing separation between orders during busy periods to avoid sending out incorrect items.
