What should you be achieving?

Why have we set benchmarks?

At Sessions we want to deliver our Customers the best experience possible and we rely on you to be able to do that!

Your operational metrics directly relate to your sales and should be your key focus!

Better operational metrics = Higher ranking on delivery platforms = Seen by more customers = More sales 

What are the benchmarks you need to hit?

Open Rate - 95% or higher

Missing Items - 2% or lower

Rider Wait Time - 7% or lower

Avg New Rating - 4.4* or higher

These benchmarks are suggested by the delivery platforms to ensure you the best results on the platforms. 

Sessions may decide to change these benchmarks but all sites will be notified in advance of this happening.

What happens if I don't hit these benchmarks?

If you fall below these benchmarks we may place you on a Performance Plan. This means you will be set targets to achieve over a set period of time, focussed on the metrics you have fallen below the benchmark for. 

It is crucial for you to hit the targets on your Performance Plan so that you can continue working with us.
