- Please ensure that you have a copy of the playbook printed in colour on-site at all times.
- Staff should be encouraged to routinely check it for the specifics of each menu item’s cooking methods and how each item should be presented.
- We post all updates on the Sessions Hub, so please check your playbooks are up to date.
- Make sure your build sheets are visible and up to date.
- Please ensure you are ordering the correct SKUs listed on the ordering lists to ensure brand quality (and to reduce any food safety risks).
- The brand founders work hard with our chef team to select quality ingredients which elevate the brands.
Be aware that customers order with their eyes, so make sure that staff are aware of how each menu item is presented on your online storefront to better align with customer expectations.
