How to avoid missing items

If you are sending out multiple bags, make sure they are securely attached and numbered (1/2, 2/2). Make sure to package cold products like drinks in a separate bag.

Please check all tickets and cross off each item, regardless of order size! 

If you have an inexperienced member of staff packing, consider asking them to photograph the contents of the bags they pack before sealing. This encourages accountability in checking that the entire order has been sent out and helps you to identify staff that need more training in packing orders.
