      Adjusting Delivery Opening Hours in the Sessions Serve App

      Please update your opening hours anytime you need to close, pause, or adjust the operating times for your Sessions menus.

       

      1. On your Sessions terminal, ensure your on the Session Serve app.
      2. Select “Settings”.
      3. Select “Delivery opening hours”.
      4. Select on the time you would like to adjust - e.g. Monday opening hours.
      5. A clock will be displayed, if you would like to switch to  digital view please select the grey keyboard on the left.
      6. You can now “Set time” please type in the time you would like to adjust (please note - if you want to open the store at 4pm, please add 16:00 not 4:00)  then select “ok”.
      7. You will now be taken back to the “Delivery opening page” - you can select all the time you would like to adjust.
      8. Once you are happy with your updated Delivery Openings hours - please ensure to select “Save” in the top right hand corner.
      9. The hours are now updated.
