How to use the Deliveroo Hub

This is where you manage everything on Deliveroo - track sales, view metrics and manage refunds. We setup and manage your account but it is important for you to have access.

When you join Sessions, your manager will set you up with an account. Please follow the link to complete your account.

Metrics

You can view the metrics that Deliveroo and Sessions track on the Hub.

These affect your ranking on the platform, so it is super important to keep track of these and improve them where you can. You can read more about how to improve these metrics on the Restaurant Operations page.
