      Fill out the Onboarding Form

      Filling out the form ASAP guarantees that you are onboarded for all the delivery platforms in time and all of your details are correct.

      • You will receive an onboarding email from your Sales Manager, which will details the next steps after signing the contract. 
      • In this email you will receive a Onboarding Form.
      • Your Sales Manager will then create a Whatsapp group with your relevant stakeholders and the account management team. The form will also been sent via Whatsapp.
      • You will then receive a message from our Support Team and an email of the next steps. The support team will reach out for an ordering call and be there to answer any questions you have for the launch.
      • The most important thing to fill out is the Onboarding Form, which lets you share all the relevant information about your site to help us onboard you onto all the platforms in plenty of time.
