Orders prepared late & Food prep time

Orders prepared late can negatively affect your GMV as customers are more likely to turn away from stores with long wait times. See some tips and points below on how this all works!

  • Your ingredients and packaging should be as close to your packing station as possible. And you should keep as much prepped food available as possible.
  • Make sure you are preparing enough stock in advance, with enough to see you through the next day’s busy period.
  • If you’re operating a burger brand, consider investing in a salamander or a conveyor toaster to open up capacity on your flat-top for large orders.
