Packaging is super important to give the best customer experience and elevate the food!


  1. Always use the branded packaging. This is critical to operate our brands and give the best possible customer experience.
  2. Label every order.  Always staple a ticket with an order number to the outside of the bag, so riders can quickly see their order
  3. Personalise your orders - leave a friendly message on the delivery bag.

  4. Surprise & Delight Occasionally add something extra to the order (an extra portion of fries, sauces or a free drink). Write a note to let the customer know it is a freebie - ‘Fries on us!’
  5. Check Your Order - one of the main reasons for bad ratings is due to missing or incorrect items. Make sure you are double checking every order against the ticket before it is handed the rider to make sure you don’t miss anything!
  6. Seal your bags, so nothing falls out during transit.
