Placing your order
The support team will organise a call through Whatsapp to run through placing your order once you have received your Bidfood delivery days. Please check you can log into Bidfood before the call and can see the Shared Order Forms.
We have pre-populated the shopping list for the brands under SHARED ORDER FORMS making it super easy for you to checkout with all the SKUs you need to operate the brands.

Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you know when the delivery will arrive. Please note they cannot deliver after 4pm! Please make sure someone is onsite to receive the order.
Bidfood on the launch day
Please be aware that you need to have your Bidfood order arrive at least one day prior to launch. We recommend you ordering as soon as you receive these login details as you can order your stock two weeks ahead and choose a delivery date nearer the launch, you can also amend your order up to 48 hours before the delivery date chosen.

- All hosts working with Bidfood under Sessions will receive discounted prices on every order!
- If you already have Bidfood, we will still make an account under Sessions to make sure you receive the discount.
- It’s really important you use the products we specify in the order sheets for each brand to maintain quality and ensure the allergens on our menus are correct, which is incredibly important from a food safety perspective.
- If you do not have all the correct items, we cannot launch the brands.

- If you ever find a product cheaper elsewhere, please let us know and Bidfood will try and match it.

Brand SKUs
You need to order all the items listed on the ordering lists to operate our brands.
The SKUs for the items to order are on the ordering lists, you can click on the SKUs (in blue) and it will take you directly to the product to add to your basket.
This is super important so please flag to us if anything is out of stock and we can help find a replacement for the training day.
If you have not got all of the listed products, the launch will not go ahead.
