Preventing Cold Food

No-one wants a cold meal, see below for advice on keepin' it hot!

Make sure you are always aiming to have the order ready by the rider's arrival time on the ticket. Avoid making food too early like this.

Make sure not to package cold products in the same bag as hot goods - always place them in a separate bag and staple them together. Make sure drivers place the order directly into their insulated bag. You have every right to refuse the driver should they not comply with this. If you consistently have drivers doing this then note down their ID and report them to the platform directly.
