This list is shared every week in the newsletter, and is where we announce the best operators from the week before!
This is calculated using a blended score based on the following metrics: Average New Rating, Missing Items, Open Rate, and Rider Wait Time. If the top sites scores are really close, our internal data system automatically ranks them.
You can be scored -10, -5, 0, +5, +10 per metric, depending on how good it was for the previous complete week (Monday to Sunday). These are then totted up, so if you get 40 its a winning score, whilst -40 would be less winning...
