We have Tier 1 SKUs for each of our brands, chosen by the brand founder. These are mandatory to operate a brand. For the Sessions Score you need to have ordered all of the Tier 1 SKUs recently to be eligible to receive your cash back.
Tier 1 SKUs
Tier 1 SKUs can be defined as brand defining SKUs that have a particular spec, chosen by the brand founder.
These are mandatory to operate a brand to maintain the brand quality and consistency, and also to ensure the allergens reflect the menu so it is incredibly important from a food health and safety perspective.
This is important for a customer to ensure they receive the same quality every time they order from one of our brands.
- For example, a burger brand will have particular buns, meat and fries.
All our branded packaging counts as a Tier 1 SKU (this comes from our webshop instead).
Please see below for the Tier 1 SKUs for each brand.
Tier 2 SKUs
Tier 2 SKUs are items that are more widely available but must match to the exact product we specify. Sites can source the products from elsewhere but it needs to be the same product - this is mostly related to allergen issues. Examples would be BBQ sauce, mayo etc (different brands have different allergens!)
Tier 3 SKUs
Tier 3 SKUs are those which are fine to source from anywhere as the product will be the same and there is no allergen risk between different variations of these. Examples are vegetables, salt/pepper, milk.
