As outlined in your contract, all sites that join Sessions start on a trial period that runs for 6 full weeks of trading.
What is the criteria to pass the trial period?
Per site -
- GMV (Sales after discounts) - £1,000 per week
- Avg new rating - 4.2* or higher
- Open Rate, Missing Items and Rider Wait Time are also taken into account
Note that Sessions has the right to adjust this criteria when needed. Impacted sites will be informed ahead of these changing.
If a new menu is added into a site at a later date, the new menu may also be subject to the trial period criteria.
Why do we have a trial period?
We want to be sure we have the right fit for us, you (our Partners), our brands and our customers.
We hold our Partners to a high standard and expect you to do the same with us which is why we make sure everyone is operating at the right standard.
The first weeks of trading are the most important on the platform to ensure you get ranked as high as you can on the delivery platforms, the stronger you perform in these weeks the better it is for your long term success.
How does Sessions support you during the trial period?
During the trial period you will have multiple check ins with our teams. You will maintain the same account manager that supported you through your onboarding, along with keeping in contact with your sales rep. You will be contacted every week to update you on your progress.
Your weekly operational performance report you receive every Tuesday gives you a breakdown of your prior weeks operational metrics and sales. You can use this to track how you are performing and where you need to improve with your team.
Daily reporting is also available upon request and will include sales and operational metrics from the prior date.
