Inviting Your Team to the Sessions Dashboard

How do I invite team members to view delivery reports and otherwise use the Sessions Dashboard?

This article will explain the different levels of user access to the Sessions Dashboard and how to invite additional users.

User Roles & Access

  • Member
    Can view order history only

  • Admin
    Can view reports and adjust opening hours

  • Owner
    Full access to all Dashboard features, including payouts and settings


Delivery Report Preferences

Each user can also be subscribed to key delivery notifications:

  • Daily Delivery Reports
    A reminder to review performance each day

  • Weekly Delivery Reports
    A high-level summary of how you performed each week

  • Delivery Invoices
    Access to downloadable weekly payout statements


Managing Users

To view or update users:

  1. Go to the Users section in your Sessions Dashboard


    You’ll see:

    • Their role (e.g. Member, Admin, Owner)

    • Their email preferences (e.g. reports, invoices)

  2. To add a new user, click Invite and select the appropriate role and preferences.


Giving the right people access ensures your team can stay on top of sales, reports, and performance.
