Where do I find my delivery metric reports?

This article will explain where to find your metric reports and how best to understand them.

You can check your key performance metrics through the Daily and Weekly Reports on your Sessions Dashboard homepage, as well as under 'Performance'. The Daily and Weekly reports include your sales, open rate, ratings, and other operational performance data.

To keep your operations running smoothly and your customers happy, we recommend checking these reports regularly - both daily and weekly - and sharing them with your team. You can also select 'Performance' on the dashboard menu on the left hand side if you want to review different time periods or brands - you can filter here by time-frame, brand and even delivery Platform!

If you click the downward arrow or the ‘i’ icon next to each metric, you’ll see a breakdown of how it’s calculated and tips for improvement.
