Rejected Orders

Why can't orders be rejected?

This article explain why orders should never be rejected. Unsure where to check your metric reports? Read our guide

A rejected order creates a poor customer experience. Menus with a high rejection rate are likely to be suspended by the delivery platforms - which will directly impact your ability to trade.

All menus are set to auto-accept, meaning orders placed during your scheduled delivery hours will be automatically accepted by your tablet.

If you do see rejected orders, it’s most likely due to a WiFi or connection issue. Please check your internet connection. If the problem continues, contact Support using the chat bubble.

If you've been overwhelmed with orders while open, check out our guide to Using Busy Mode.
