Your Average New Rating is calculated out of 5 stars. We aim for a rating of 4.5★ or above, with a minimum expectation of 4.3★. This average is based on customer reviews across all platforms and all menus.
High ratings matter from day one. They shape your customer-facing rating on delivery platforms - and directly impact your visibility.
A low rating will push your menus further down the algorithm, reduce your visibility to customers, and ultimately lead to fewer orders.
A strong rating tells us (and your customers) that you're delivering a great experience.
Tips to help you earn 5★ reviews:
Follow the build sheets (our laminated guides to constructing Sessions menu items) and keep them visible for your team - ideally, on the wall above your station for Sessions brands
Use the correct branded packaging - it’s required for operating the brands and creates a great experience for customers. Check out our guides in the Our Brands section of the Help Centre for a reminder of our packaging requirements!
To combat poor reviews caused by delivery issues:
Only hand over food to drivers with thermal bags - ask them to collect one if they don’t have it
Report driver issues directly to the delivery platform
