What if I need help with a live order?

This article will explain how to get assistance with issues during service.

We understand that rider network issues can harm your operations.
If you're having issues with live orders being cancelled, riders not arriving or causing difficulties in any way, please get in touch directly with the delivery platforms through the numbers below!

If for any reason you need to cancel a customers food order that has been placed, you will also need to call the platforms directly.

Unfortunately Sessions are unable to intervene with any live order support. We do not have any control or visibility over platform drivers, and our Support Team cannot cancel orders placed by customers on your behalf, so please contact the platforms directly.


Please make sure you've got the ticket for the order to hand, so you can quote the relevant order number, your store address, and your menu name as it appears on the platforms.

Deliveroo will also ask for your Restaurant ID, but please ask them to verify your account using your Menu name and Site postcode instead.
