Performance assessments via 'mystery shops' are a key requirement for all new partners and existing partners introducing a new menu, designed to promote long-term success and excellent customer satisfaction.
🛍️ Shop Timing
You will receive 2 mystery shops during your trial period. The first shop is typically carried out between your second or third week, but it could also take place sooner than this.

Additional Shops
A third mystery shop may be carried out in cases where we require extra information or clarification regarding your operational performance.
💰 Recharges
You will be recharged for the cost of these mystery shops, as well as an administrative fee. The total value of the fee and order recharge will be no more than £50 per shop, and it will be deducted from your statements.
