See below on tips for ordering from Bidfood. All the new SKUs and items to order are on the ordering lists for each Brand page. Please note it is Day 1 Ordering for Day 3 Delivery.

Saved Baskets:
We have created pre-filled baskets for each brand combination you operate with all the items you will need so it couldn't be easier to place your first order!
- All you need to do is - click on Orders - click on Shared Order Forms - you will then see the brand lists!
- Choose the combination you will be operating and whether it's Halal or Non-Halal.
- E.g., SoBe Burger & Chick'n'Bun & Patty Guy (Halal)
If you only need a few items you can search these by the SKUs listed in the ordering lists on the brand pages.

To find the pre-filled baskets, go to 'Shared Order Forms' then find the correct basket.
Then you can click 'View' then 'Load to Basket' and everything within this will be added to your basket.
Please note: if an item is no longer available it will appear in red.

Editing items and quantities:
If you need to edit the items and quantities you can easily do this by clicking on your basket and editing it:
Checkout:
Bidfood will run a second stock check at the Checkout to see if the stock is still available as people are ordering from them all the time, which affects their stock levels.

You will need to add your Order Reference at the checkout, which can be anything you will find easy to identify later e.g., 'Store Name' 26/06.
Your Delivery Address will be pre-filled.
You can choose the delivery date by clicking the specific date on the dropdown box:
Please note the minimum order quantity is £175.
Forgotten an item?
If you have checked out and forgotten an item you have the option to place an additional order for delivery on the same day as the original order, without having to meet the minimum order value again.
- Please note: this is only true if you order before the 3pm cutoff. If you add this after the cut-off it will default to the next delivery day and will be subject to the minimum order quantity (£175).
You just need to add the same Order Reference and choose the same delivery date - orders already placed on a delivery date will be highlighted with a next to them:
Quick ordering:
You can quickly add items to your basket by adding the product code to the 'Quick Entry' bar at the top and entering the quantity and whether you require the item splitting or as a case.
Please note: if it says 'Failed' it may be because Bidfood don't send the item individually, only as a case.
Split items and Cases:
On certain items you can choose to order them as a single item or as a case. There is often a discount on ordering items as a case:
On the brand ordering lists, some items will show as being 'Split' i.e. not part of a case.
It will show as the SKU with a 's' at the end for a 'Split case':
For each split item or case, the quantity of each of these are in the Opening Quantity column:
