Where do I see my Sessions Score?
Check your Sessions Dashboard homepage to see your Sessions Score!
Make sure to click on the Sessions Score tile (shown above) on your Dashboard to see a full a breakdown of your Score and find answers to any other questions you might have about the Score.

🧮 How the Score Is Calculated
All of your operational metrics are scored out of 100, and are calculated as a rolling average over the current month, giving you a live look at your performance. It's never too late to improve your metrics!
Your score is calculated based on 3 main metrics:
Average Ratings: up to 50 pts
Open Rate: up to 25 pts
Order Accuracy: up to 25 pts
Cashback is only available for partners who score 50 points or more. The higher your score, the more you can earn - up to 3% cashback on your monthly revenue!

✅ Compliance = Cashback
To earn cashback, compliance is required. We are tracking the below:
Ingredient compliance: Order Tier 1 ingredients from Bidfood on a consistent basis
You can view what items you should be ordering via the Shared Order Forms for your brands on Bidfood or via the Sessions Help Centre
Packaging compliance: Order from the dashboard store. We calculate 1 branded bag per food order, so make sure you use the correct packaging and re-order when necessary!
Please ensure you're stocked up on the correct ingredients and branded packaging to ensure you're eligible for cashback. If you already order all of these products, there’s nothing you need to do! We take compliance really seriously, and you need to be compliant to operate with Sessions in general, not just to be eligible for cash-back.
