Leafe: Logging Deliveries

How to log all your deliveries on Leafe when you receive them!

Why is it important to Log Deliveries?

Logging delivery invoices and stock inventory is important because it ensures the business only pays for goods actually received, maintains accurate stock levels, and reduces waste, theft, and losses. It supports food safety and traceability, helps meet audit and compliance requirements, improves ordering and operational efficiency, and creates accountability among staff.

We use Leafe to track everything in terms of compliance! The below is a guide on how to log your deliveries!

When you open your Leafe account you will see this:

Firstly, we want to log the inventory as it arrives and check the quality of stock to ensure we can accept it! On Routines, head to Deliveries.

Once you have logged the inventory of stock on arrival, you need to upload the invoice for traceability. Head over to the manager tab, select documents and the delivery notes:
