Sessions Allergy Order Policy

This article will explain Sessions' approach to allergy orders

Customer Safety Comes First

Our kitchens handle multiple allergens and use shared equipment, surfaces, and cooking areas. Because of this, we cannot guarantee food will be free from allergens.

NO ALLERGY ORDERS ALLOWED

We do NOT accept or prepare allergy-specific orders.

This includes:

  • Allergy-related substitutions

  • “Made separately” requests

  • Verbal assurances of allergen-free food

    There are NO exceptions.

WHAT YOU MUST DO ✅

  • Politely decline all allergy orders

  • Clearly explain the risk of cross-contamination

  • Follow this policy every time

  • Ask a manager for support if needed

WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO ❌

  • Do not promise food is allergen-free

  • Do not suggest alternatives or workarounds

  • Do not make personal judgments or guesses

  • Do not make exceptions “just this once”

WHAT TO SAY TO CUSTOMERS

“I’m really sorry, but due to the way our kitchen operates, we can’t safely accommodate allergy orders because of the risk of cross-contamination.”

If needed:

“For safety reasons, we’re unable to accept allergy-specific requests.”

REMEMBER

  • This policy protects customers from serious harm

  • Saying NO is the correct and responsible action

  • Making exceptions could put someone at risk
