How do I get ingredients and packaging?
We will be ordering all the necessary food and packaging items for you to reduce your up-front costs. We will then recharge this over your statements once you've launched. The total cost will be ~£700, and we'll split it over a number of statements following your launch.
N.B. We will not order overlapping items that you already use for Bangtan or SoBe, so please ensure you have plenty of sauces in stock as these are also required for the Little Bao Boy menu.
When is my training?
All training is in-person, so one of our chef trainers will visit your kitchen to train your team. Please ensure all team members attend the training.
