Ordering Bidfood on Sessions Store

Find Bidfood in Sessions Store

During rollout, look out for the yellow banner on your Home dashboard and tap Go to Store. Any time after that, use Store in the left-hand menu, then tap Order Ingredients

Browse or search for what you need

Browse by category under All items, jump straight to things you’ve ordered before in Quick-order, or use a ready-made Bundle. Or just search.

Add to your cart

Tap Add, then use the − / + to set quantity. Your running total sits in the cart button, bottom right.

Check out

Open the cart to review your order and checkout. The £175 minimum spend stays exactly as it is today on Bidfood Direct - orders under that can’t be placed.

Track an order

Find every order under Store > Purchases (filter by Ingredients or Supplies), or from the Upcoming card on the Store page. Tap in for live status and delivery date.

Get help with an order

Problems with a Bidfood order - wrong, damaged or missing items - are resolved by Bidfood directly, not Sessions. Open the order and tap Get help with this order for the account number and depot to quote.

Rollout Timeline

We're rolling this out in groups throughout August, rather than switching every partner on at once - this lets us make sure the store is working properly before it reaches the whole estate.

We'll contact you directly to confirm the exact date your site's Bidfood store goes live on your Serve Dashboard. You don't need to do anything before then - keep ordering through Bidfood Direct as normal until you hear from us.

What Happens to Bidfood Direct

Once your site has moved over, direct access to Bidfood Direct will close and that store will no longer be available. From that point, all Bidfood ordering needs to happen through Serve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to do anything right now?

No. Keep using Bidfood Direct as normal until we contact you with your go-live date.

Will prices change?

No - pricing on Serve will match what you currently pay on Bidfood Direct.

Will all the same products be available?

Yes, everything currently available on Bidfood will be available on Serve. If Bidfood is out of stock on something on the day, they'll refund the difference automatically to your original payment method, usually within a week. If you spot something missing once you're live, let us know via the bubble and we'll chase it up.

Will my delivery days or cut-off times change?

No. Your site keeps its set delivery days and the 4pm cut-off for next delivery day — there's no next-day or day-before ordering, and the same depot handles your deliveries as before.

What if my order doesn't arrive, or arrives wrong?

Contact your Bidfood depot directly — you'll find their details inside Serve, or via the Bidfood website. Quote the "Web/Ref Order" number shown under Order Details in Serve, as Bidfood's support team won't have your Sessions order ID.

What if I accept a delivery and then find something faulty or spoiled?

Reject it with the driver at the point of delivery if you can. If you've already accepted it, contact your Bidfood depot directly to raise it — if they approve a refund, it'll be processed back to you automatically.

Can I order an item that's out of stock?

Yes — Bidfood's stock changes daily, so everything stays available to order. If they can't fulfil an item, you'll be refunded automatically as above; this is rare on major lines.

When will my site move over?

Sites are moving in groups across August, not all at once. We'll message you directly with your specific date - there's no need to check in and ask.

What happens to my existing Bidfood account and order history?

More detail on this is coming as we get closer to each group's go-live date - we'll update this article and message affected partners directly.

Can I opt out or delay my move date?

No, this will be a permanent change to how you access and order your Bidfood products. Our aim is to provide our Partners with a unified experience while operating our brands.

This article is being updated as more details are confirmed - check back for the latest.
