This article will provide a step-by-step guide to ordering from Bidfood.
🔐 Step 1: Log in to Bidfood
Head to Bidfood's login page and enter the login details sent to you pre-launch.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgotten Password?’ and follow the steps.
Your recovery email will be the same one you used to sign up with Sessions.
🧺 Step 2: Access your Shared Order Form
Once logged in, go to:
Orders → Shared Order Forms
Find the form labelled with your brand name.
Click ‘Load Default to Basket’ — this will instantly add all your required items to the cart.
You can then remove anything you already have in stock.
Been with Sessions a while? You can re-order individual items, just go to ‘Use my order history’ to select the items you need.
⚠️ Important: You must always order your Tier 1 Food Products from Bidfood
Tier 1 products include:
Burger buns
Fries
Meats
Sauces
Branded packaging (purchased via the Sessions Store, not Bidfood)
Find exactly which items are Tier 1 for your brand in the Our Brands section of the Sessions Help Centre
✅ Step 3: Go to Checkout
Once you’ve reviewed your basket, head to Checkout to place your order for your next available delivery day.
💡 We recommend checking your order history for quick reorders of regularly used items.
