This article will explain what to do if a product is out of stock on Bidfood.
If a product is showing as out of stock when you place your Bidfood order, keep it in your basket and proceed to checkout. In many cases, the product may still arrive in your delivery.
This is due to Bidfood's Day 1 for Day 3 ordering - the product may be back in stock at the depot by the time your order is sent out.
If it doesn’t arrive on delivery day:
You’ll receive a refund to your card or a credit to your credit account.
You’ll need to reorder the item for your next available delivery day.
If you were charged but didn’t receive the item, call your local Bidfood depot within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
Tier 1 items like beef, chicken, buns, fries and sauces are on nominated lines. This means they are rarely out of stock thanks to our forecasting; nonetheless, supply issues can still occasionally occur.
As a reminder, our sauces are now ordered exclusively through Bidfood.
⚠️ If a required item doesn’t arrive, you must snooze the related menu immediately to avoid receiving orders you can’t fulfil.
