This article will provide details on Bidfood delivery days.
Bidfood operates on a Day 1 Ordering for Day 3 Delivery system.
🗓 What does that mean?
If you want your delivery on a Thursday, you must place your order by 4pm on Tuesday.
Weekends don’t count as ordering days.
So, if your delivery day is Tuesday, your order must be placed by 4pm on Friday.
⏰ Don’t miss the 4pm cutoff
Orders placed after 4pm will not be processed for your next available delivery day, which will delay your stock arrival and impact your operations.
Your delivery days
You are allocated 2 delivery days per week when you first launch.
You’ll automatically see your available delivery days displayed at checkout when placing your order through Bidfood.
Please contact your local depot if you need to request a specific delivery time or provide driver instructions, such as leaving a key with Bidfood if you won’t be onsite during delivery. You can find your local depot here.
