This article will explain we only work with partners with an FSA rating above 3 stars.
We only work with partners who hold an FSA hygiene rating of 3 stars or above. Ratings below this represent an unacceptable level of hygiene and cleanliness. Ideally, we will work with you to elevate your rating to 5 stars.
If your rating falls below this threshold, we’ll need to suspend your menus and may reconsider the partnership — unless a clear plan for improvement is in place and progress can be demonstrated.
